She has no experience in this field and needed advice on how to proceed. She assumed that the PMP exam was what she should be studying for. She said that she is saving money for a training camp that can help her pass the PMP exam with no project experience. I want to thank her very much for writing me and taking steps towards her career goals. Unfortunately, the training camp is engaging with unethical practices. I find it extremely disturbing that they allow people to take the PMP exam with no experience as project managers. Here are some suggestions for project managers who want to get started in project managing the right way.
