Copy the template code from this page and the associated style sheet.

Save the template as template5.html and the CSS style sheet code in a text file as template5.css. Place both files in the same folder.

Colored borders seem to be out in 2006. The borders on this page can be modified by changing code on the web page template.

Footers seem to be out in 2006. A copyright symbol and the name of your company seems to be the norm.
